About Me

Hi! My name is Michali Bachar (the c's are silent) and I am a junior at CMC, pursuing a BA in Economics and MA in Finance. My favorite lesser-known recommendation is "Why Fish Don't Exist" by Lulu Miller, my favorite book to simultaneously love and hate is "Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley, and my favorite recent reads (before this project of course) are "Cat's Cradle" by Kurt Vonnegut and "Never Let Me Go" by Kazuo Ishiguro. And my favorite comfort books are Harry Potter 4-7.

I hope you enjoy reading through this blog as I ramble (hopefully coherently) about how these books have helped test, and perhaps modify, who I am and how I see the world.
